Pediatric Research is the official journal of ESPR and the Society for Pediatric Research (SPR). The journal publishes original papers, invited reviews, and commentaries on the etiologies of diseases of children and development disorders ─ from molecular biology to epidemiology. Also acceptable are the use of model organisms, in vitro techniques relevant to developmental biology and medicine, and translation human studies.
Due to its impact factor, Pediatric Research is currently ranked as the second most important pediatric journal available. It is published monthly for the International Pediatric Research Foundation by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
